Delivery
We use a combination of trusted delivery services varying in lead times depending on the size and weight of your order. Each product page will include delivery information, please read them before you place your order.
If your items are in stock and not made to order, you can expect delivery within 2 to 10 working days. Items that are made to order will take longer and be dependent on the supplier and lead times. The time frames for these should be detailed on the items listing page. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item's delivery time.
If you require an item in a certain time frame and are not sure if our delivery service will meet that date, please contact us and we can try to quote a faster delivery service.
Should your item not be successfully delivered and is returned to The Old and New Company you will be asked to pay an additional delivery fee to be resent.
Our online store is set up with delivery options to Mainland and Non-Mainland UK destinations only. However, we can deliver your order to anywhere in the world. To obtain a quote and arrange international shipping please contact us at support@theoldandnewcompany.com
Outside Mainland UK, we also deliver to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Scilly.
Please always ensure the delivery address is correct, we will have to charge an additional fee should your order be dispatched to an incorrect address provided by you.
Click and Collect
Click and collect from The Old and New Company is possible in some cases. Please contact us to find out if this is available for your product(s). If you are ordering larger items, please bring help with you for lifting heavy items. It will be your responsibility to remove such items from our HQ.
Home Delivery For Large Items
Please expect 48 to 72 to hours for a delivery quote on large and fragile items that require a specialist private courier service. If you agree to the quote then we will schedule a delivery slot with you and give your contact details to the courier to finalise curb side drop off within 1 to 3 weeks of placing your order depending on your location.
