Pink Gladioli Cotton Block Print Napkins | Set of 4
Four cotton napkins, each one hand block printed in a rose-pink gladioli across fair trade cotton. Printed in India using a centuries-old technique where every motif is pressed from a carved wooden block by a practised hand. No two napkins are quite alike, the mark of the maker.
They fold neatly beside a plate or sit loose across the lap, and the rose-pink reads softly against pale linen or happily against a clashing print, whichever way your table leans. The cotton is fair trade and the artisans who printed it are paid fairly; the cloth is finished to hold its colour wash after wash. Made to be used often, and kept for years.
